----------------------------------   Brows Define brows to frame the face with a powder eye shadow using the Vox Brow Brush 14.  Begin application in the inner corner of the brow and work outward.  Comb brows with a clean mascara wand after filling them in to achieve a blended seamless look. Lids Use the following steps to apply eye shadow:   Apply on the entire lid area a neutral base shadow using the Vox Shader Brush 9. Apply on the lower lid a light shadow using the Vox Tapered Shader Brush 10. Apply in the crease area a dark shadow for a more defined look using the Vox Full Crease Brush 5. Apply to the brow bone a highlighter shadow to add dimension using the Vox SM Shader Brush 11. Blend shadows in the crease area with the Vox Blending Brush 6 to soften shadow lines.
